READOPTING THE AMENDMENT TO TI-IE FUTURE IAND USE
PLAN ELEMENT OF THE C�MPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE
CITY, PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED BY ORDlNANCE N4. 6157-
97, T� CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNAT�ON FOR CERTAIN
REAL PR4PERTY I�OCATED EAST OF GR�ENWOOD AVENUE
AND NORTH OF LaSA�LE STREET, CONSISTING OF (1) THE
EAST 20 FT. OF LOT 39, AND ALL. OF LOT �4D, BLOCK D,
GREENW40D PARK #2, AND {2) THE WEST 20 FT. 4F L�T 39,
BLOCK D, GREENWOOQ PARK #2 FROM INSTlTUTIONAL TO
RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM; PROVIDIN� AN EFF�CTiVE DATE.
WHEREAS, an ame�dment ta the future land use plan elem�nt of the comprehensive
�lar� regarding the subject pro�erty was prev�o�sly adopted by �rdinanc� No, fi157-97, and
owing to the pendency, at the time of adoption, of t�e City's Evaluation and Appraisal Repart
and the pro�isions of Florida Statuk�s Section � 83.39 87'(6) and reEated Pravisions of the Floric�a
Aciministrative Code it is necessary to readapt said amendm�nt in order to assure iis
effectiveness; ar�d
WHEREAS, the am�ndment ta #he future land use plan el�meni of the comprehensiva
pian of th� City as set forth i� t�is ardir�ance is found ta be reasona6le, proper and appropriate,
and is cansistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore,
