WHEREAS, an amendrnent to the f�ture land use plan element o# ihe
comprehensive plan regarding the subject property was previously adopted by
�rdinance No. 6154-97, and owing to the pendency, at the �ime of adoption, of t��
Ci#y's Evaluation and Appraisal Report and the provis3ons of Florida Statutes Section
1 fi3.3187(G) a�d related p�ovisions of tt�e Florida Admin�strative Code it is necessary to
readopt said amer�dmen� in order to assure its effec#iveness; and
WHEREAS, tf�e amendment to the fuiure land use plan element af the campr�hensive
plan af the City as set forth in this ordinance is faund #o be reasonab�e, prop�r and apprapriake,
and is consistent wikh the City's Compreh�nsive P�an; now, therefar�,

CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Clearwater is amended by designating the land use cat�gory for the her�inafter described
