6263-98ORDINANCE NO. 6263-98 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 520 FEET WEST OF DORA DRIVE, CONSISTING OF THE EAST 73 FEET OF LOT 28, ROLLING HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2340 ANNA AVENUE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SiNGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 'SIX' (RS-6); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Pr_ _ operty Zonin District The East 73 feet of Lot 28, Rolling Heights Single-Family Residential "Six" (RS-6) r' " Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 1, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (A 98-13) Section 2. The Central Permitting Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6262-98.
