AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE 5.0-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LYING
EAST/WEST FROM LOTS 2 THROUGH 10 IN BLOCK 27,

WHEREAS, Leo J. and Terry Cronin; owners of real property located in the City of
Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate a portion of the utility easement described in
Exhibit A attached hereto, and the Public Works Administrator has recommended the vacation
of the remainder of said easement; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public that
the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
The 5.0-foot utility easement lying east/west from Lots 2 through 10 in Block 27,
Mandalay Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 32 through 35, of the
public records of Pinellas County, Florida,

t is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and releases all
of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 1. The following:

Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida, following adoption.
