6248-98ORDINANCE NO. 6248-98 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF BETTY LANE, NORTH OF STEVENSON CREEK, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1520 STEVENSONS DRIVE, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF STEVENSONS DRIVE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL "EIGHT' (RS-8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is o onsistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florlda, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Pra e Zoning-District Lot 22 in Block "A" of Stevenson's Heights, Single-Family Residential "Eight'- RS-8 r 1` according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 13, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the abutting right-of-way of Stevensons Drive. (A98-06) Section 2. The Central Permitting Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No.6247-98.
