6247-98XNST # 98-110004 APR 10, 1998 3.2:24PM ORDINANCE NO. 6247-98 t AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF BETTY LANE, NORTH OF STEVENSON CREEK, CONSISTING OF LOT 22, BLOCK A, STEVENSON'S HEIGHTS, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1520 STEVENSONS DRIVE, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF STEVENSONS DRIVE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater 1 RECORDahdthe boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: CODE Lot 22, in Block "A" of Stevenson's Heights, according to the map or plat thereof as DF1 - --v recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 13, of the public records of Pinellas County, ?1 9 D R Dom; Florida, together with the abutting right-of-way of Stevensons Drive.
