ORDINANCE, 30. fi240-98
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, VACATING THE EASTERLY 2.5 FEET OF THE
10 FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING
ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF LOT 60, COUNTRYSIDE
TRACT 5; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Patricia S. Hunter, owner of real property located in the City of
Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the drainage and utility easement
described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public
that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
