OFF. REC. HK 9854 PG 1829
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, VACATING THE NORTH 0.5 OF THE 5.0 FOOT
DRAINAGE & UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE
NORTH SIDE OF THE SOUTHERLY PLATTED LOT LINE
OF LOT 104, LANDMARK WOODS 2N° ADDITION;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Karen Fitzgerald and James Fisher, owners of real property located in
the City of Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the utility easement described
in Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public
that the same be vacated; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
The north 0.5 feet of the 5.0 foot drainage & utility easement
lying along the north side of the southerly platted lot line of
Lot 104, Landmark Woods 2" a Addition, as recorded in Plat
Book 77, Page 29 of the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida (97-10)
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public records of
Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
