AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF MARINA WAY,
CONSISTING OF LOTS 4-6, BLOCK D, UNIT 5, ISLAND
ESTATES OF CLEARWATER, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS
1S 211-223 WINDWARD PASSAGE, FROM COMMERCIAL
GENERAL TO COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Commission has found that it is in the public interest to have a reduced
area for the planned development district; and
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is
found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive
Plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and
the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows:
