RANGE �6E, �N THE EAST SIDE BY THE EAST LENE OF
SAID SECTlON AND ON THE NORTH SIDE BY THC
EXTENDED NORTH LOT LINE OF L4T B, BL�CK 8,
BAYVlEW CiTY 5UBDiVISfON, SUBJECT TO RETAINING
THE N�RTHERLY '�0 FEET AS A SIDEWALK, DRAINAGE

has requ�sted that the City vacate the right-of-way as depicted in Exhibit A attached

INHEREAS, the Gity Commissinn finds that said right-of way is not necessary for

right-of way line of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard, on the west side by me#es and
bound tract �4107 of Section 'f 7, Township 29S, Range 16E, on the east
side by #he eas# �ine of said section and on #he north side by the extended
nort�t �a# line of Lot B, Bfock 8, Bay Vew City Subdivision as recorded in
P�at Book 9� Page 43 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Fforida
is hereby �acated, ciosed and released, and the City of Ciearwa#er quitclaims and
releases all of its right, titfe and in#erest thereto, except that the Ci#y of Clearwater hereby
retains the Northe�ly �0 feet of #he depicted property in F�chib�t A for the insta�fation and
maintenance o# any and all sidewalk and public utiiities thereon. ���� -
