FEES; AMENDING APPENDIX A, SCHEDULE OF FEES,
RATES AND CHARGES BY 5% INCREASE IN FEES AND

The MINIMUM occupational tax shall be $25.00.
PENALTY, DELINQUENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES;
The PENALTY FEE (operating prior to obtaining a license) shall be equal to 25 percent of the
established fee.
The DELINQUENT FEE shall be ten percent for the month of October plus five percent for each
month of delinquency, not to exceed 25 percent of the established occupational license tax.
In addition to penalty fees, the ADMINISTRATIVE FEE shall be two times the normal fee with a
maximum of $250.00 per license on-accounts-not aid_by January 3 I'`_following_the renewal notice.

The REGISTRATION FEE shall be $25.
A TRANSFER FEE shall be up to 10% of the annual license tax but not less than $3 or more than $25.
Notes:
A. Requires approval by the city commission,

background information report, executed under oath, and shall submit to a
background investigation, photograph, and fingerprints. The recommendation shall
be based upon the criteria set forth in section 29.41(6) and shall include a
