ORDINANCE NO. 6165-97
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, VACATING THE 10.0 FOOT EAST/WEST
ALLEY LYING SOUTH OF LOT 10, E.F. HOYT'S TWIN
OAKS SUBDIVISION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Religious Community Services, Inc., owner of real property adjoining
the alley described herein, has requested that the City vacate the alley as depicted in
Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said alley is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public
that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
