AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, VACATING THE 3 FT. DRAINAGE EASEMENTS,
LYING ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF LOT 39 AND WEST
SIDE OF LOT 40, BRENTWOOD ESTATES, LESS THE
SOUTHERLY 10 FEET; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Steven F. Chandler, owner of real property located in the City of
Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the right-of-way described in Exhibit A
attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said right-of-way is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public
that the same be vacated; now, therefore,

CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
3.0 foot drainage easements lying along the east side of Lot
39 and the west side of Lot 40, Brentwood Estates, less the
southerly 10 feet, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 38 of the
public records of Pinellas County, Florida
f,ir?, are hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
A,V releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The

City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public records of
