FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE IAND USE PLAN
ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE Pl�1N OF 7HE CITY,
TO CHANGE THE lAND USE DE5IGNATION FaR
�ERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED QN THE NORTH
SIDE 4F SR 59D WEST OF MCf+�ULLE(V B44TH R4AD,
CONSISTING 4F, TRACT B, SALL'S LAKE PARK, UNfT B,
FROM RESIDENTiAL URBAN TO COMMERCIAL
NEtGHBORH44D; PROVtD�NG AN EFF�CTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Cammission has fo�snd tt�at it is in the public i�terest to have
a reduced ar�a for the ptanned �e�etopme�t dis#rict; and
WHEREAS, ihe amendment to the future land use plan eiement of the
compreh�nsive pfan of #F�e City as set iorth in t�iis �rd#nance is found to be reasonable,
p�aper and appro�ria#e� and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C1TY COMMISSIO�1 OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the Compret�ensive Plan of the
City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter
described property as follows:

Administrative Commission of fhe State of Flo�ida, as appropriate, of comp�iance wi#h #he
applicabl� requirements of ihe Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Lar�d
Development Regulation Act, pursuant to § 1fi3,3189, Florida Statutes. The Directar of
Centra( Permi�fing is authoriz�d to transmit to ft�e PiRellas Caunt3r Planning Council an
applicat�on to amend the Countywide Plan in order to achieve consistency with the
Future Land Use Plar� Elem�n# of the City's Compreh�nsive Plan as amended by this
ordinance.
