AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, VACATING ALLEY LYING NORTH OF LOTS 10-
13 AND SOUTH OF LOTS 6-9, BLOCK 10, MILTON PARK
SUBDIVISION SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Word of Faith Church of God, Inc., owner of real property adjoining the alley
described herein, has requested that the City vacate the alley described in Exhibit A attached
hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said alley is not necessary for municipal use
and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public that the same be
vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

--Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public records of Pinellas
Cooly, Florida, following compliance with the conditions set forth in Section 1 above.
