WHEREAS, Betty L.. S�mpson and John L. McCracken, owners of real property
located in #he City of Clearwater, has �equested fhat the City vacate a 42.0 ft. railroad
easement, a 43,45 ft. railroad �asement, and a 5 ft. wide drainage and util�#y easem�nt
bordering said railroad easements, as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto; and
