ORDINANCE NO. 5451-93
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE NORTH 10.0 FEET OF THE 20-FOOT DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENT LYING WITHIN LOT 50 CHATEAU WOOD
SUBDIVISION LESS THE WESTERLY AND THE EASTERLY 5 FEET;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Domenico Stanganelli, owner of certain
real property located in the City of Clearwater, that the City vacate the
drainage and utility easement described herein; and

WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
The North 10.0 feet of the 20-foot Drainage and Utility Easement
lying within and adjacent to the Southern boundary of Lot 5, Chateau
Wood Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 84, Page 26, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida
less the Westerly and the Easterly 5 feet,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
