5439-93 4 ORDINANCE NO. 5439-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN. ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF THE SEABOARD COAST RAILROAD, SOUTH OF CALUMET STREET, AND WEST OF HERCULES AVENUE, IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO INDUSTRIAL GENERAL FOR PARCEL A AND INDUSTRIAL LIMITED FOR PARCEL B; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property See Exhibit A attached hereto. (LUP 93-22) Land Use Category From: Unclassified To: Industrial General - Parcel A Industrial Limited - Parcel B Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of ordinance No. 5438-93.
