5425-93• NOWN" `_..9I ORDINANCE NO. 5425-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING. THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK D, FIRST ADDITION TO TEMPLE TERRACE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2220 DREW STREET, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LIMITED OFFICE (OL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Zoning District Lots 27 and 28, Block D, First Addition OL - Limited Office to Temple Terrace, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 9, public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (A93-13) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City'stcomprehensive plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4.- This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5423-93, and subject to approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5424-93 by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
