5418-93f 0 0 ORDINANCE NO. 5418-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN WOLFE ROAD AND THOMAS ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT "N", BAYVIEW BLUFF, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3116 WOLFE ROAD, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO RESIDENTIAL URBAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category Lot "N", Bayview Bluff, as recorded From: Unclassified in Plat Book 33, Page 53, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. To: Residential Urban (LUP93-16) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5417-93.
