ORDINANCE NO. 5408-93
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ONE BLOCK
EAST OF U.S. HIGHWAY 19, APPROXIMATELY 250 FEET SOUTH OF
SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOTS 8 AND 9, HILL-TOP
SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2633 HARBOR
CIRCLE, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO RESIDENTIAL/OFFICE/RETAIL;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the
comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows:
Propertv
Lots 8 and 9, Hill-Top Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 84,
of the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida. (LUP93-14)
Land Use Category
From: Unclassified
To: Residential/Office/Retail
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5407-93.
