5394-93 i ORDINANCE NO. 5394-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF DORA DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 2,270 FEET EAST-OF BELCHER ROAD AND ONE STREET NORTH OF DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 10, ROLLING HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2365 DORA DRIVE, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (RS-6); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, 'Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Zoning District Lot 10, Rolling Heights Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 1, public records of Pinellas County, Florida (A93-07). RS-6 - Low Density Residential Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5392-93, and subject to approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5393-93, by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
