ORDINANCE NO. 5384-93.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF BEVERLY CIRCLE NORTH, APPROXIMATELY 300
FEET EAST OF KEENE ROAD AND 730 FEET NORTH OF LAKEVIEW
ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 15, BLOCK C, MEADOW CREEK
SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1812 BEVERLY
CIRCLE NORTH, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO RESIDENTIAL LOW;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the
comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The future land use p-lan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows:
Property Land Use Category
Lot 15, Block C, Meadow Creek From: Unclassified
Subdivision, according to the map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat gook 36, To: Residential Low
Page 26, of the public records of
Pinellas County, Florida. (LUP 93-06)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5383-93.
