ORDINANCE NO. 5354-93
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
RELATING TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; AMENDING SECTION
36.121; CODE OF ORDINANCES; TO REQUIRE THAT COPIES OF
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS BE FILED WITH THE STATE LAND
PLANNING AGENCY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF ,THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 36.121, Code of Ordinances, are amended to read:
Sec. 36.121. Recording. Not later than 14 days after the execution of a
development agreement, the city shall record the agreement in the public records
of the county, and a copy of the recorded development agreement shall be
submitted to the state land planning agency state department ofe^mfflunity affairs
within 14 days after the agreement is recorded. A development agreement shall_
not be effective until it is properly recorded and until 30 days after having
been received by the state land Dlannina aaencv.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
