5342-93 AT%dh F71 ORDINANCE HO. 5342-93 AML rq* AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGS THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF HELCHER ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 720 FEET NORTH OF DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF A PART OF LOTS 7 AND 6, MOSELL ACRES, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 308 NORTH SELCHER ROAD, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO RESIDENTIAL/OFFICE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. i i d WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: ProApr;y See Exhibit A attached hereto.
