ORDINANCE NO. 5322-92
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE SOUTH 2 FEET OF THE NORTH 10-FOOT DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING IN LOT 28, COUNTRYSIDE TRACT
8, UNIT ONE, LESS THE EASTERLY 5 FEET;, PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Dennis and Susan glue, owners of certain
real property located in the City of Clearwater, that the City vacate,a portion
of the drainage and utility easement described herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
The South 2.0 feet of the North 10-foot drainage and utility
easement lying in Lot 28, Countryside Tract 8, Unit One, as recorded
in Plat Book 78, Page 24, of the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida, less the Easterly 5.0 feet,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
