ORDINANCE NO. 5291.92
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE WESTERLY 3 FEET OF THE LANDSCAPE, DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE EAST LOT LINE OF
LOT 4, BRAESIDE PLACE SUBDIVISION, PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE. .

WHEREAS, it has been requested by W. Byron Taylor, Jr., and Patsy N.
Taylor, owners of certain real property located in the City of Clearwater, that
the City vacate the landscape, drainage and utility easement described herein;
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
general, public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section I. The following:
The Westerly 3 feet of the landscape, drainage and utility easement
lying along the East lot line of Lot 4, Braeside Place Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Hook 85,
Pages 77 and 78, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.

Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
