5276-920 ORDINANCE NO. 5276-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF ELYSIUM SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2989 UNION STREET, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment. to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property The West 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Conty, Florida, together with the abutting right-of-way of Union Street. (LUP 92-17) Land Use Category From: Unclassified To: Public/Semi-Public Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5275-92, and subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
