5269-92ORDINANCE NO. 5269-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ONE BLOCK NORTH ? OF LAKEVIEW ROAD AND APPROXIMATELY 550 FEET EAST OF KEENE ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 5, LAKE LELA MANOR 1ST ADDITION SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1836 BRENTWOOD DRIVE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida, Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable requirements "of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: Lot 5, Lake Lela Manor 1st Addition Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 7, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is t consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user 1 within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning and Development Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the City. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
