AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 5196-92 RELATING TO THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF PINE STREET, WEST OF
BAY AVENUE AND EAST OF ORANGE AVENUE, TO CORRECT THE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The legal description in Section 1 of Ordinance 5196-92,
adopted on May 21, 1992, is amended to read:
Section I. The following:
The right-of-way of Pine Street (formerly platted Grove Street)
lying South of Lots 3 and Block 3 and lying North of Lots 1 and
2, Block 5 Nea=t -ef Bye ,
Starr and Savery Addition to Clearwater, Florida, according to the
map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 91, of the
public records of Hillsborough Count Florida of which Pinellas
Count was once a art Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto subject to the following
conditions:
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
