5244-920 ORDINANCE NO. 5244-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF DEXTER DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 21, BLOCK A, DOUGLAS MANOR LAKE SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1457 DEXTER DRIVE, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF- WAY OF DEXTER DRIVE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF TH INCLUDE SAID ADDITION! PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described F the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171. and the City has complied with all applicable requirements- of 1.ioriua,.-10"-- -- connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: Lot 21, Block A, Douglas Manor Lake Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 99, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the abutting right-of-way of Dexter Drive. Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning -and Development Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the City. s Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
