5229-92 I on ORDINANCE NO. 5229-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN MANOR BOULEVARD NORTH AND SOUTH LAGOON CIRCLE, CONSISTING OF THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF LOT 23 AND THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 24, CLEARWATER MANOR SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1748 WEST MANOR AVENUE, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property The South 60 feet of Lot 23 and the North 10 feet of Lot 24, Clearwater Manor Sub- division, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 66, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (LUP 92-12) Land Use Category From: Unclassified To: Low Density Residential Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5228-92, and subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
