5216-92Ll E ORDINANCE NO. 5216-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHERRY LANE, WEST OF MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD CONSISTING OF A PARCEL OF LAND IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3053 CHERRY LANE, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE. CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL "EIGHT" (RS-8) DISTRICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property The East 100 feet of the West 200 feet of the North 100 feet of the South 110 feet of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 114 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 16 East. (A 92-02) Zoning District RS-8 - Single Family Residential "Eight„ Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5216-92.
