5206-92? • A 0 L-11A ORDINANCE NO. 5206-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 8, UNIT 1, CRYSTAL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3169 DREW STREET, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
