ORDINANCE NO. 5206-92
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF DREW STREET,
CONSISTING OF LOT 8, UNIT 1, CRYSTAL HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3169 DREW
STREET, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON
ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL (RS-8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth
in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in
compliance with Florida law; now, therefore,

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5204-92, and subject
to approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5205-92 by the
Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
