ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
tTING THE NORTH 2 FEET OF THE SOUTH 10-FOOT DRAINAGE
- -"? AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING IN LOT 32, COUNTRYSIDE TRACT
5 SUBDIVISION, LESS THE WESTERLY 5 FEET; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Joseph J. Casey, owner of certain real
property located in the City of Clearwater, that the City vacate the drainage and
utility easement described herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The following:
The North 2 feet of the South 10-foot drainage and utility easement,
less the Westerly 5 feet thereof, lying in Lot 32, Countryside Tract
5 Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 78, Pages 57 and 58, of the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.-
