---- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
t. - -- VACATING A 10-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE
EASTERLY LOT LINE OF LOT b, BORDEAUX ESTATES, LESS THE
NORTHERLY 10 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTHERLY 5 FEET;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Michael 0. and Guindal N. Stone, owners
of certain real property located in the City of Clearwater, that the City vacate
the utility easement described herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
The 10-foot utility easement lying along the easterly lot line of
Lot 6, Bordeaux Estates, less the northerly 10 feet and less the
southerly 5 feet , as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 25, of the
public records of Pinellas County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Cleric shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
