AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
RELATING TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; AMENDING SECTION
137.029, CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN
LAND USE APPLICATIONS MAY NOT BE FILED IF A SIMILAR
APPLICATION RELATING TO ANY PART OF THE SAME PROPERTY
WAS DENIED WITHIN CERTAIN SPECIFIED TIME LIMITS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. Section 137.029, Code of Ordinances, is amended to read:
Sec. 137.029. Resubmission of application affecting same property.

1_21 The time periods s ecified in this section shall be deemed to have
commenced only after the com letion of an administrative or judicial review
which may be sought in any case.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
