ORDINANCE NO. 5168-92
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
RELATING TO TAXICAB OPERATOR'S PERMITS; AMENDING SECTION
61.41, CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO ESTABLISH A FEE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $25.04 FOR TAXICAB OPERATOR'S PERMIT
APPLICATIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The caption and introductory sentence of Section 61.41, Code
of Ordinances, are amended to read:

Sec. 61.41. Application, fee: denial of permit and hearing.
In order to receive a taxicab operator's permit, an applicant shall pay a
fee of 25.00 and must provide the following information on a form provided by
the chief of police.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect March 1, 1992.
