ORDINANCE NO. 5167-92
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
RELATING TO SOLICITOR'S PERMITS; AMENDING SECTION 76.21,
CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO INCREASE THE APPLICATION FEE FOR
A SOLICITOR'S PERMIT FROM $10.00 TO $25.00; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subsection (e) of Section 76.21, Code of Ordinances, is amended
to read:
Sec. 76.21. Application.
(e) The application shall be accompanied by an application fee in the
amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) ten dollars ($10.04.
s Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect March 1, 1992.
