AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING A PORTION OF A 4-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LYING
WITHIN THE NORTHERLY 2 FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 4 FEET OF
THE WESTERLY 25 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK B, CREST LAKE
SUBDIVISION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Section 1. The following:
A portion of a 4-foot utility easement lying within the Northerly 2
feet of the Southerly 4 feet of the Westerly 25 feet of Lot 8, Block
B, Crest Lake Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 49, of the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
