AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ALONG
THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 28, SUN TREE ESTATES, LESS THE
WESTERLY 10 FEET; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by George Suban, owner of certain real
property located in the City of Clearwater, that the City vacate the drainage and
utility easement described herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
`-? BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The following:
The drainage and utility easement lying along the South 10 feet of
?•; ti Lot 28, Sun Tree Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as
z r recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 99, of the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida, less the Westerly 10 feet,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
