AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE 27.5-FOOT NORTH/SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LYING
ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF LOT 6, MASON SUBDIVISION, LESS
THE NORTH 30 FEET; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by St. John's Primitive Church, owner of
certain real property located in the City of Clearwater, that the City vacate the
right-of-way described herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said right-of-way is not necessary
for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,

Rc Section 1. The following:
FEES The 27.5-foot North/South right-of-way lying along the West side of

Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
