ORDINANCE NO. 5147-91
` AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
RELATING TO CONTRACTORS; REPEALING CHAPTER 74, CODE OF
ORDINANCES, RELATING TO THE LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION
OF CONTRACTORS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the provisions of Chapter.74, Code of Ordinances, relating to the
I
licensing and certification of contractors, have been reviewed with the objective
of "sunsetting" those provisions which are provided for under state law, or which
no longer continue to serve a useful purpose, and it has been determined that the
chapter in its entirety should be repealed; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Chapter 74, Code of Ordinances, consisting of Sections 74.10
through and including 74.82, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
