AMENDED, BY ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY RECENTLY
ANNEXED INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN, BY PROVIDING FOR REPEAL Or
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT

EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, on March 18, 1978, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain
property annexed into the City of Clearwater in accordance with procedure
as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for
establishing zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by
the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the
said public hearing;
Zoned as RS-60 - Single Family Residential District
North 2 feet of Lot 18 and the South 59. 5 feet of Lot 19,
Suban's Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 40, page 32 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
Zoned as CG - General Business District
A tract of land lying in the SW 1/4 of Fractional Section 20,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida,
and being more particularly described as follows; Commence
at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 20, thence S 1026121" W,
along the West line of, said Section 20, for 471. 82 feet; thence
' S 89.26' 50" E for 800.00 feet to the P. O. B. ; thence continue
S. 89026150" E for 100.00 feet; thence S 1 °26'21" W for 200. 00
feet;. thence N 89126 15011 W for 100.00 feet; thence N 1°26'21" „

Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning
Atlas of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197811, as amended, is amended
to indicate that fact as hereinafter set out;

B. That part of the SE 1/4 of the NW Section Quarter lying
between the North/South Section Centerline and the
water of the lake.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
Section 4. Any person, or persons, firm or corporation or
association of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the
terms or provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not
exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), or imprisoned in Jail
for not exceeding sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment in
the discretion of the Judge. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist
shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 5. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance'
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes. 44
Section 6. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out 1
and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
