FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PRO-
POSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE F
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Anthony L. Shoemaker, City

Manager, of the City of Clearwater, that the City of Clearwater, Florida,
vacate a certain sanitary sewer easement in Windsor Woods Subdivision

WHEREAS after proper public notice and public hearing thereon

the City Commission finds that said sanitary sewer easement is not necessary ,
nor required for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest and A`. 7Y
advantage of the City and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
Section 1. That the following:
That part of a twenty foot (201) sanitary sewer easement
recorded in O.R. Book 1170, pages 424 and 425 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, lying within Windsor
Woods Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 78, page 9 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, which tract is more particularly
described as follows; Commence at the NW corner of the NE
1/4 of Section 2, Township 29, Range 15 East, and go S 89.11
341, E, 639.16 feet, along the North boundary of said NE 1/4
(center line of Union Street); thence S 00.0310911 E, 33.00 feet
to a point on the South right-of-way line of Union Street for a
P. O: B. ; thence S 89'1113411 E, 696.43 feet; thence S 00 °0010211 E
