WHEREAS it has been requested by the City Manager of the City , of Clearwater, Florida, owner of certain real property in Section 28, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, located in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida., vacate a certain drainage easement; and WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the City Commission finds that said drainage easement is not necessary nor required for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the beat interest and advantage of the City and the general public that the same be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the following: Commence at the NW corner of said Section 28, Township 28 South, Range 16 East; thence proceed S 0° 1014311 W, along the West line of said Section 28, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, 1000. 38 feet to the P. O. B. ; thence N 89° 50301" E, 769.08 feet; thence N 75°4911211 E, 83.63 feet; thence N 89°55119tz E, 445.07 feet to the West right-of-way line of State Road 593 (McMullen-'Booth Road); thence S 0'1811011 W, along said West right-of-way line of State Road 593, 30. 00 feet; thence S 89°5511911 W, 441, 16 feet; thence S 75°49112" W, 83. 61 feet; thence S 89°50101" W, 772, 96 feet to said West line of Section 28; thence N 0° 101 43" E, along the West line of said Section 28, 30.00 feet to the P. O.
