BY RECLASSIFYING AND ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY

HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS

OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE
OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE

WHEREAS, on December 15, 1977, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain
proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to the
zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of
all evidence presented at the said public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas
of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197811, as amended, is amended to
indicate that fact as hereinafter set out;
Zoned as CG - General Business District
Begin 350 feet M. O. L. South of NW corner of SW 1/4 of Section
18, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, continue South 310 feet,
East 340 feet, North 310 feet, West 340 feet to the P. O. B. and
adjacent right-of-way.
Zoned as ISP - Institutional Semi-Public District
Begin 33 feet North of SW corner of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section
19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, run North 452. 56 feet,
East 223.2 feet, South 452.42 feet, West 223. 25 feet to P. O. B.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.

Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared

Section 4. Any person, or persons, firms or corporation or association
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the terms or p;,`{ ?;?`T, f°•
provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction, be fined not exceeding

the sums of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), or imprisonment in Jail for not
exceeding sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Judge. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute '
a separate offense.
Section 5. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 6. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out
and show upon the official zoning at las of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
amendments as hereinabove set out.
Section 7. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
