of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain
proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to the
zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of
all evidence presented at the said public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas
of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197811, as amended, is amended,
to indicate that fact as hereinafter set out:
Zoned as RS-60 - Single Family Residential District
A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 1, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, City of
Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, and being more
particularly described as follows; Commencing at the
West 1/4 corner of Section 1, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, City of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, run
S 89.061091, E, 885.00 feet along the East/West centerline
of said Section 1, Township 29 South, Range 15 East; thence

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances to conflict herewith .;?,.. y
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect '
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the ,.
part declared to be invalid.

Section 4. Any person, or persons, firm or corporation or association
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the terms or
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not exceeding
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), or imprisonment in Jail for not
exceeding sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion
?I of the Judge. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute
a separate offense.
Section 5. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance /
with Chapter 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 6. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out
and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
amendments as hereinabove set out.
Section 7. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
