THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (9) of Section 4-18 of Article I of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zone 19U to read as follows: .
(9) For classification Section 4-26 (c): S
ZONE 19U. Consisting of the following described property:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 6, Milton Park Subdivision, according
to the reap or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page
69 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance

with Chapter 166.041, Florida Statutes.
S Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately ,
upon its passage.
