AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
FLORIDA 1962, RELATING TO INTOXICATING
WATER,
LIQUORS, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (11) TO ENACT
NEW ZONE 22H WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (a) (3)
AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID
ZONE CONSISTING OF LOT 14 LESS SOUTH 100 FEET THEREOF,
OF BLOCK 10, AIKEN SUBDIVISION, PINE LLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED
ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF T14E CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (11) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zone 22H to read as follows:
(11) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (3) only:
ZONE 22H. Consisting of the following described property;
Lot 14, less and except the South 100 feet thereof, of Block
10, Aiken Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 14, page 45 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section Z. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance f
with Chapter 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately ,
upon its passage.
